Come along to Blackwood and Barry’s Reef Landcare Group’s annual general meeting at the Blackwood Hall at 5pm on Sunday, June 6 to learn more about our fascinating local fauna.
Motion-sensing cameras have assisted enormously with wildlife monitoring. Gayle Osborne will show images of Blackwood’s amazing creatures that were captured in our neck of the woods.
And it’s not just trail cameras which have contributed to her collection. She also takes photos. Acoustic monitoring can be used to locate owls.
Gayle will also explain how you can best undertake these activities yourself.
